These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ResellGenie mobile app and website, operated by AsanaThreads LLC. By accessing or using ResellGenie, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

What ResellGenie does

ResellGenie is a resale-research tool. Depending on the version and plan, it may let you search by photo, barcode, or keywords; identify likely products; find matching marketplace listings; review sold comparable listings; compare pricing; and view research signals such as median sold price, demand, saturation, sell-through estimates, shipping estimates, and other resale-oriented metrics.

Research aid — not a guarantee

All identification results, prices, comparable sales, listing matches, sell-through rates, demand signals, saturation levels, profit estimates, shipping estimates, and market verdicts are research aids. They may be based on samples, third-party data, automated matching, or estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. ResellGenie does not guarantee an item's identity, authenticity, condition, value, future sale price, profit, demand, or sell-through rate.

What ResellGenie does not do

Marketplace and third-party data

ResellGenie may display or analyze information obtained from marketplaces and third-party data providers. Marketplace availability, listing status, price, shipping, condition, sold history, images, and other details can change without notice. You are responsible for verifying important information directly with the applicable marketplace or seller before acting on it.

Image identification and matching

Photo-based identification and visual matching use automated systems and can be wrong, especially when items look similar, markings are hidden, accessories are shown without the main product, or the photo is unclear. You are responsible for confirming the item before relying on a result.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some ResellGenie features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until canceled through the user's Apple subscription settings, subject to the terms shown at purchase. ResellGenie does not control Apple's refund decisions.

Plans and feature availability

Features, limits, supported marketplaces, search allowances, trial terms, and pricing may vary by plan and may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, compliance, provider compatibility, or the product experience.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for your own sourcing, buying, selling, listing, shipping, tax, legal, and business decisions. You must comply with applicable laws, marketplace rules, intellectual-property rights, and any restrictions that apply to the goods you buy or sell.

Acceptable use

You may not use ResellGenie to violate law or third-party rights, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or plan limits, obtain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, abuse third-party APIs, scrape or redistribute protected data in violation of applicable terms, or reverse engineer protected components except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Intellectual property and trademarks

ResellGenie software, branding, design, and original content are owned by AsanaThreads LLC or its licensors. Third-party marketplace names, trademarks, logos, listing images, titles, and other content remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party marketplaces are for identification and research purposes and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Privacy

Your use of ResellGenie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how search information, submitted photos, support information, technical information, and other data may be processed.

Service availability

ResellGenie depends in part on internet access and third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Marketplace or provider outages, API changes, rate limits, network failures, or maintenance may temporarily affect features.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResellGenie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsanaThreads LLC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business losses arising from use of ResellGenie, reliance on research results, marketplace transactions, lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to ResellGenie when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may stop using ResellGenie at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as ResellGenie changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised when these terms are updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
